Microsoft wants to start a new Era of Teams

How the new Teams gets better and smarter also due to AI

Ease of Use

Adjustments to the interface are intended to make Teams fundamentally easier to use. At the heart of the customization is a much simplified channel view, the use of motion design, and significantly expanded personalization options.

Flexible Accounts

For users who collaborate across company boundaries, the new Teams brings long-awaited adjustments. Whereas previously the use of different tenants and accounts was only possible with complicated logins and logouts, the new version regulates use across multiple accounts in a new way. Thanks to an update to the synchronization and notification systems, users can now stay logged in to all their accounts and receive notifications across the board.

Smarter trough AI

The new team is also expected to be the basis for a variety of AI solutions for Microsoft. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the new AI for all Microsoft Office products and is here to help with boring and time-consuming tasks in the future so users can now focus on more creative activities.
