ChatGPT is one of many others.

Sounds like AI is here to stay and like many others these past few weeks, I went down the rabbit hole of ChatGPT and discovered some other interesting tools to boost my productivity at work. Let’s jump right into it!

  1. Adept AI

This tool can ‘automate any software process’ like manual tasks and complex tools. For example — if I am in excel I can ask it to create a table, add conditional formatting, then add a graph and it does it automatically. It can do a lot more other functions. I am getting Microsoft robot assistant vibes as it sits on a page like a chatbot. Use cases are market research, internet shopping, reporting, and many more!

2. Tome AI

Say goodbye to creating endless PowerPoint slides and presentation decks Simply enter the title, select the theme and tone, and summary of what the presentation is about — e.g. ’create a presentation for ‘How to launch a startup from scratch’. Voila, that’s it! It auto-populates the slides with beautiful presentation decks, text, table of content, and AI images. You can add additional pages at will, and find some nifty templates ready to go. You get 50 free credits to start.

3. DALL.E 2

This is a tool created by the company that gave us ChatGPT. DALL.E 2 can ‘create original, realistic images and art from text descriptions. It can also combine concepts, attributes and styles.’ And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

4. Compose A.I

It comes as a free Chrome extension to automate your writing and save you time. You can get ideas for research, blogs, stories, website copy, and many more. I love its use case, especially for email. You can ask this tool to respond to emails and it even mimics your tone, common phrases, and style of writing, whether that be a full professional email or slightly relaxed, all in a single click. Pretty handy if you respond to a high volume of emails like customer service or support. Sign me up!

5. Rewind

‘Find anything you’ve seen, said or heard’. Gone are the days were you tried to remember every detail said at the last Zoom meeting or presentation. With rewind, you simply record every minute of action taken on the screen. They boast incredible compression size so the recordings won’t take up space on your device and when you need to retrieve a recording, you simply drag a slider to scroll back to the time you want or search all recordings with a search term. You can also tell it which apps not to record. It is about $15/month with a 30-day free trial.

6. Sitekick.ai

Now, this one is mindblowing. You can now build stunning high-quality landing pages in just a few minutes, with no coding, design, or copywriting. Simply enter a few details and it generates a fully customized website for you. E-commerce drop shippers, you will love this one for single-product templates!

7. Browse.ai

This AI site gives you a robot that helps you monitor and extract structured data from websites. Case use includes monitoring changes on retail sites, monitoring organic search results, monitoring competitors’ activity, finding new leads online, and many more! Oh, and did I mention that you could start for free with a bunch of prebuilt robots?

I found a website that lists many more AI tools for productivity. Find them here at Futuretools.io and get credits to access many more AI tools.
